Going within looking at one's self during times of stress can be one of the most unique healing techniques I have found.
When we go inward we are taking a break from the outside world. To look deeply inward. We as human beings have an innate ability to learn from our mistakes. When we have a minute to pause and reflect on past events.
During this time of deep reflection, our senses will be heightened by a power greater than ourselves. During this time we ask for guidance and if our own house is clean the right answers will come.
Use this tool in times of stress, sadness, and even anger. Find quiet place to quiet your mind and listen to your inner guidance which is being manifested by your own higher power.
